Ownership of Creative Content
All visual assets, video content, choreography, stage production, brand names (including Super Global International and all associated titles), and original ideas are the intellectual property of FlameFire Media.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution without formal written permission from the house of Flame Fire is strictly forbidden.
Booking & Payments
All bookings for services (choreography, pageant production, branding, media coverage, etc.) must be confirmed with advance payment.
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in rare cases of cancellation by Flame Fire Media itself.
Any changes to service dates must be approved at least 15 days prior to the event.
Client Commitments
Our clients agree to :
Provide accurate information for production planning. Respect timelines and schedules agreed upon. Uphold professionalism and courtesy towards our team.
Any breach of behavior or policy can result in termination of services without refund.
Usage of Photos/Videos
Flamefire Media reserves the right to use event footage, behind-the-scenes visuals, and production material for marketing, branding, and social media unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All media produced remains under Flame Fire's copyright.
